Description of Project:
The purpose of this contract is to construct upgrades to the Sod Run Wastewater Treatment Plant (Plant) which shall include upgrades to Primary Clarifier Nos. 1 and 2, and upgrades to the Anaerobic Digester system.
Primary Clarifiers - demolition, furnishing, installation and commissioning/startup/testing of process equipment, structural repairs, electrical, and I&C at Primary Clarifiers 1 & 2. We will provide replacement mechanisms, new drain pumps, replacement scum boxes, replacement scum pumps, removal and replacement of the floor slab grout layer, concrete wall repairs and new walkways and steps.
Anaerobic Digestion System - demolition, installation and commissioning/startup/testing of process equipment, structural repairs, electrical, and I&C at Digester Complex and Thickener Building. Work includes upgrades to HVAC equipment & architectural upgrades. We will also install new underground fermented sludge piping and new thickened sludge pumps in the Thickener Building.
