Our Clients
ACE primarily operates in the public space. We work for municipal entities, such as water authorities, counties, cities, towns, states, and the federal government. In construction, the end user is typically referred to as the “Owner,” i.e. the property owner of the facility associated with the project. We strive to treat the end user as a “Client” instead of an “Owner.” The term Owner plays into the adversarial relationship that can often develop on construction projects with the Contractor and Engineer. A Client is defined as a group that uses the professional advice or services of a lawyer, accountant, architect, etc. Cultivating relationships with Owners and Engineers is one of the bedrock principles of Building To Last. We want to include ACE in that list of trusted professional advisors that our Clients rely upon for high quality service.
