2009 ABC Award of Safety Excellence
ACE was the recipient of the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) Baltimore Chapter 2009 Award of Safety Excellence. ACE earned first place in the 80,000 to 140,000 man-hour range for our outstanding safety record in 2008. Of the 600 members of ABC’s Baltimore Chapter, only a select few received this award, which is a tribute to the excellent safety practices of our workforce.

Joppatowne WWTP UV Design/Build
When issues were found, they were quickly brought to the group’s attention and resolved promptly to prevent time constraint issues. There was also a confidence level in the talent and abilities amongst all the team members which fostered the project success. The ACE team brought ideas, options, and solutions when conflicts or problems were found. I would highly recommend ACE for wastewater or water plant construction projects. RK&K
ACE completed the project in a very timely manner, finishing the bulk of work on the new WWTP ahead of the project schedule allowing start-up sooner than planned. ACE worked proactively to coordinate the tie-in of the new pumping station to allow a near seamless switchover to the new facility. ACE worked with Town staff during start-up, to an extent probably beyond their contract requirements, to address start-up operating issues.
