The following is a general description of the project:

• The work includes the furnishing of all material, labor, plant and equipment necessary and proper to
  complete the upgrades and rehabilitation of the Secondary System as shown in the Contract
  Drawings and Specifications, complete with all appurtenances, all temporary and permanent
  restoration of disturbed surfaces, and all incidental work and materials necessary to fully complete
  the project as described by the Contract Drawings and Specifications or as directed by the Authority
  and to prosecute the work according to the best methods of construction with safety to life and
  property.
