Reg Godin
Talent Director
Reg Godin is the Talent Director for ACE. Reg started with ACE in 2006 as an intern and quickly progressed to Project Engineer and eventually Project Manager. He has worked on various construction projects for ACE and has demonstrated a strong sense of relationship building and recruiting.
In 2011, he left ACE to pursue work outside the private sector. Working for the non-profit FreshFarm Markets and then the Vermont Agency of Agriculture, he gained valuable experience assisting small- to mid-sized farm and food companies develop and grow their businesses. In these roles, he further demonstrated his ability to grow and foster important relationships, as well as a knack for implementing innovative marketing and communication tactics.
Returning to ACE as Talent Director in 2017, Reg manages all office and field personnel recruitment, maintains strong relationships with educational institutions, develops and implements workforce training programs, and oversees ACE’s marketing and communication strategies.
Reg is originally from St. Albans, Vermont and is the younger brother of ACE Executive Vice President Joe Godin. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire (UNH) in 2005 with a degree in Environmental Conservation and was a 4-year member of the UNH football team. Away from work, Reg enjoys playing ice hockey, practicing yoga, and gardening.
