Josh Tillman

Josh Tillman is a Vice President of Construction at ACE. He has over 15 years of experience in construction and 13 years in public works construction, constructing water and wastewater treatment facilities and infrastructure in the DMV area.

Josh is responsible for managing several key projects at a time, and he does so with the help of a team of project managers, project engineers, and Co-Ops. He also works with project engineers teaching new skills and developing them into project managers. Josh is also involved with the Information and Technology Committee at ACE and is involved with the research and procurement of new technologies.

Josh grew up outside of Atlanta, GA and graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering. During college, he also worked at a survey firm as a project manager. When not working, Josh enjoys traveling with his wife and playing on a softball team in Washington, DC.
