ARE Process Air Compressors (PAC) Upgrades

This project involved the installation of a new blower building equipped with six high-efficiency turbo blowers, stainless steel air piping, HVAC systems, and advanced controls. The scope also included the construction of a switchgear building housing state-of-the-art electrical gear, the phased replacement of existing blowers to maintain continuous operations, and a complete demolition of outdated infrastructure at the project's conclusion. Additionally, the project included the structural reinforcement of Biological Reactor Basin #2 and a full replacement of its diffuser grid system to enhance aeration performance.
